Data collected and how we use it

The “Tell us about your challenge” form collects the information you provide: your name, company, work email address and a description of your operational challenge. The form’s language is also recorded so we can respond in your chosen language.

We use this information only to prepare for and follow up on your request to speak with FABELSA.

Legal basis and retention period

Processing is based on FABELSA’s legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Data is retained for three years after the last exchange, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable requirements.

Who can access your data and how we protect it

Only authorized FABELSA personnel handling your request can access your data. We do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Resend processes only the data needed to deliver emails relating to the form, on behalf of FABELSA.

FABELSA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also request data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact lionel.martin@fabelsa.fr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
